HOW TO GET RID OF 'MONDAY BLUES'?

When it comes to Monday, there you go again, Monday Blues everywhere. Especially after having quite a long break! In my opinion, Monday Blues is actually a sort of mindset that we have been overly attached to it ever since. There are surely some ways that we can practice to stay away from this particular mindset. Let's take a look at each one of 'em!


Plan
There is no way we could still have Monday Blues if we already had a proper planning at least a day before or even on Friday if possible. Make use of the personal diary or planner to make things more organized. Or else, make a simple to-do list for the upcoming Monday. I'm pretty sure we will be well prepared and more welcoming Monday since we have a proper plan as well as a clearer vision of what to achieve.

Sleep well
Get rid of all the gadgets and go to bed earlier. Get enough sleep so that we're going to wake up feeling fresh and energized for a brand new day.

Me-time
Wake up early and help yourself to spend some time for exercising a bit. Never ever skip breakfast or at least grab a banana. Or you never wanna miss out your coffee while listening to music? Up to you! Don't rush, keep calm and get ready to work.

Stay positive
We shouldn't be positive just on Monday, but always. That's why I simply put it as 'stay' positive. Keep spreading positive aura, positive vibes. Hence, insyaAllah, we can say "Bye-bye Monday Blues!"

"Do what you love & Love what you do"
What makes us feel depress, tired and lazy just thinking about going to work with the workloads waiting? Try to figure it out and motivate ourselves, improve to be better. All of us should always love our job even if sometimes there's a love-hate in between (undeniable). Do our job whole-heartedly because it's our responsible to do so. If there's sincerity in doing our job, insyaAllah the love will grow.

Smile
Smile, 'cuz it's the simplest form of sedekah. Who knows if we just brightened up someone else's day with our smile. Just kill Monday Blues with the sweetest smile and rock your day!

Wear blue instead! 💙
In order for us to get rid of Monday Blues, why not if just wear blue instead? Make your day more lively with blue-ish ootd. Dress up and strike a pose!


I'm writing this as a #notetoself too! Let's start implementing all these tips starting from next Monday, okay? Oh yeah, I hope we're gonna be just fine since we're fasting some more. No gloomy Monday, nayyy! 😉

  7. Setiap hari Isnin, siqah nak pakai baju biru lah camni 😅 Biasa hari Isnin mesti pergi kerja lambat. Bangun awal dah tapi duk buat benda lain sampai tak sedar kena pergi kerja 😂

  8. Pakai baju biru tu macam psiko diri sendiri lah kan. Pastu jangan pakai warna-warna yang 'gloomy' je nampaknya macam hitam, kelabu, yang malap-malap adesss... Lagilah blues clues! Hehehe..

  10. Kak ana dulu tak sempat nak bermonday blues sebab bz ke sana sini kejap dateline. Tahu2 dah weekend semula. Hehe. Selalunya kalau ada rasa malas tu kena buat2 positif lah walau kdg2 kecundang juga.
