Assalamualaikum. Hello 😊

I’m backkkkk!!! Finally, after so long 😅💪🏻
Eventhough, this is gonna be a super short update on recipe. Presenting you *drum roll* Creamy Chicken Spaghetti!


1 onion (diced)
5 small sausages (cut into small pieces)
1/2 carrot (julienne)
1 can of Prego Creamy Chicken Mushroom spaghetti sauce
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Cooking oil

  1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until al dente. Drain the water and set aside. (Reminder: Save some of the remaining starchy spaghetti water to be used in the sauce afterwards)
  2. In a separate pan, heat some oil and saute the onion until fragrant.
  3. Put the sausages and carrots. Stir fry for a couple of minutes until the carrots are soft.
  4. A can of Prego Creamy Chicken Mushroom spaghetti sauce ready to join the crowd 😉
  5. Put about 5tbs of the spaghetti water and stir. Add 2 slices of cheddar cheese for a creamierrr sauce. Stir and turn off the heat once the sauce bubbles up.
  6. Ready to serve!

The sauce can be used for spring rolls’ filling too! It will be similar to ‘Popia Carbonara’. Yumms! That’s all for now. Hope you like it.
